Chef Salvo Lo Castro Brings Sicilian Heritage to SoHo’s Dining Scene
Casasalvo draws on Chef Salvo Lo Castro’s Sicilian roots and Mediterranean influences, bringing his vision to a coveted corner of SoHo. The chef, whose acclaimed career includes cooking for fashion icons, world leaders, and two popes, has previously launched three popular Casasalvo cafés across Manhattan.
The restaurant celebrates Southern European gastronomy through both culinary and design innovation. Personally designed by the chef, the signature color palette remains white and green, with the addition of white marble floors, walnut paneling, and glowing gold onyx bar.
