Welcome to CASASALVO. By accessing or using our website, dining at our restaurant, visiting our CAFÉS, or engaging with our private chef services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Use of Services

Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing by CASASALVO.

Guests agree to use our website and facilities responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who violates these terms, disrupts operations, or compromises the safety or comfort of others.
2. Reservations & Payments

Reservations may be required for certain Services and are subject to availability.

CASASALVO reserves the right to require deposits, implement cancellation policies, and enforce no-show fees.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and gratuities may apply.
3. Food Safety & Allergens

In compliance with New York City Department of Health regulations, guests are advised that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform staff prior to ordering. CASASALVO makes reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our marketing materials — including logos, menus, images, photography, and text — is the intellectual property of CASASALVO and may not be used, copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Photo & Media Release

By entering CASASALVO premises, you grant permission for your image, likeness, or voice to be photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured for use in marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in such media, please notify management upon arrival.
7. Events & Private Services

Private dining and catering services are subject to separate agreements, which may include additional terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and liability.

CASASALVO reserves the right to amend or refuse service if conditions are not met.
8. Conduct & Liability

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, other patrons, and property.

CASASALVO is not liable for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or injuries incurred on premises, except where required by law.

Guests assume responsibility for their own health choices, including the consumption of food, beverages, and alcohol.
9. Whistleblower & Compliance Policy

CASASALVO prohibits retaliation against any employee, contractor, or guest who raises concerns about misconduct, compliance, or safety.

Reports will be reviewed in good faith, and corrective action will be taken where necessary.
10. Gender & Inclusive Language Clause

For convenience, words appearing in the masculine, feminine, or non-binary form in these Terms are intended to apply equally to all genders. CASASALVO maintains an inclusive and respectful environment for all guests and employees.
11. Multi-Location Application

These Terms apply across all CASASALVO Services, including the flagship Spring Street restaurant, CAFÉS, and private chef experiences.
12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
13. Modifications

CASASALVO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
